1. Who we are

OLMA Ventures LLC ("we", "us") operates El Tío Sabe, a free Liga MX prediction game and website for readers in Central Texas, and publishes occasional printed special editions. Registered address: 3101 N. Central Ave, STE 183 #5926, Phoenix, AZ 85012. Contact: tio@eltiosabe.com.

El Tío Sabe is operated by HRM.

2. The quiniela is free and is not gambling

El Tío's Quiniela is a free to play prediction contest of skill. There is no entry fee, no wager, no stake of any kind, and no cash prize. Nothing you do in the game can win or lose money. Where a sponsor funds a prize, the sponsor pays for it, the prize is not cash or a cash equivalent, and no purchase or payment is ever required to enter or to win.

Outcomes depend on the knowledge and judgement of the player when predicting match results. We do not accept, hold, or transmit any player funds.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you may only take part with the permission of a parent or guardian, and you may not receive a sponsor prize without that permission. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 and we do not ask any player for date of birth, address, or payment details.

4. Accounts

An account is created with an email address and a public handle. We verify the email with a sign in link; there is no password. Your email address is private and is never shown to other players. Your handle is public and appears on leaderboards, so do not put personal information in it.

One account per person. Do not share your sign in link. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may rename a handle that is offensive, impersonates someone, or contains contact details.

5. Picks, lock and results

A ballot is exactly nine picks. Picks can be changed until the ballot locks, which happens automatically at the first kickoff of the jornada. After lock, picks cannot be changed or added, and El Tío's own picks become visible to everyone.

Match results come from a third party sports data feed and may be corrected by hand if the feed is wrong or late. Scores and standings are recalculated when results are corrected. Our determination of a final result and of the standings is final.

6. Private leagues

Any player can create a private league and invite others with a code or link. One ballot counts for the global table and for every league you belong to; you never mark twice. League owners choose the league name and are responsible for it. We may rename or remove a league, or remove a member, for abuse, harassment, or impersonation.

7. Fair play

Do not use more than one account, do not automate play, and do not attempt to obtain El Tío's picks before lock. We may void a ballot, reset a score, or close an account that breaks these rules, without notice.

8. Sponsored leagues and prizes

A sponsor may fund a league or a prize. The sponsor pays; the player never does. Prizes are goods, services, or recognition, never cash. Any prize is subject to the sponsor's own conditions, which we will publish with the league. We are not responsible for a sponsor's failure to deliver, although we will help you chase it.

9. Advertising and sponsorship orders

A sponsorship order grants the placement described on that order, which may include a named league, a funded prize, a counter card, or placement in a printed special edition. No editorial coverage and no guaranteed audience figure is included unless stated in writing.

Each business category is sold to a single sponsor for the period covered by the order. Exclusivity applies only to that period and only to the category named on that order. We determine category classification in good faith and our determination is final.

10. Payment, refunds and cancellation

Sponsorship is invoiced in advance for the agreed period. You may cancel and receive a refund of any period that has not started. Once a sponsored league or a printed edition has gone live, the amount for that period is non refundable.

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and ownership of the artwork and claims you submit. We may refuse, remove, or request changes to any placement for any reason, including legal risk, quality, or conflict with editorial content. If we refuse a placement and no substitute is agreed, we refund the amount paid for it.

11. Liability

The quiniela is provided as is. Our total liability for any claim relating to a sponsorship order is limited to the amount paid for the affected period. For players, who pay nothing, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in effect at the time of your order applies to that order, and the version published here applies to play.
